Hey guys something really weird happening, one of my extensions voice mail does not kick in after 4 rings as configured...perhaps I am missing something in the configuration? The image below show how the settings are..does everything look ok there?

Is your call forwarding 601-604 activated at x 227 should show in display that set is call forwarded.It is in your user guide

KENB,

First of all thanks for your help however I am a little confused on your response and I am not sure I understand...There is no use guide..the telephone guy that used to run this system left and we do not know where the user guide is...I am very new to Phone systems...can you please explain a little further? Thanks

Problem is that after like 7 or 8 rings the call gets sent back to the receptionist which originally transferred the call to the extension (227)

Nothing for nothing ,but you have posted here for almost 5 years on the same 424 and mail in Ronkonkoma.

You can find a link to Manuals at the top of this page, where you can find the corresponding manual for your Telephone and or Voice-processing system.

You should also try finding a local Toshiba vendor, since your old vendor has left. Most likely, if you have a new vendor come out, you can request them to bring a user and programming manual for future reference and they will be happy to oblige!

Curious though, if they left or went out of business, did they not refer you to someone taking over their accounts?
