Good day all, I have a customer recently we relocated his CTX 100 system and we now have no message waiting lights when a voice mail message is left? I am unable to get a light to light by calling an extension and pressing the message button so Im guessing it is a CTX100 issue and not the voice mail that is causing the problem. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance

Can you confirm what voicemail you have installed?
Is it internal or external?
SMDI or DTMF integration?
Did you change any Pilot numbers for the VM or any extns numbers?
The MW light can be switched off in the programming to stop users sending MW's to each other but the VM ports are not affected by this setting.

More info is needed to help you further.

If it is an LVMU then it will be SMDI integation.
If it is a Strata DK then it could be either but the SMDI connects via a serial cable that plugs into the CTX CPU BSIS card. Maybe that has been removed and not replaced or plugged into the incorrect BSIS port 1 or 2, check the programming.
