Integrated Amanda Soho voicemail with DK424 system, everything working except the following:
Message light will not activate on phone when message is left, (already entered #657) and using single digit dialing inside Amanda, cannot access extensions, call is forwarded to general message box. It seems that I cannot dial an extension from Amanda, and I am told this would be a Toshiba setting. Key point....when I connect a SLT to any of the VM ports, I cannot dial an extension.

You must have a RRCS Dtmf receiver card installed on the processer and the processor identified as 92 for RRCS4 in program 03 then the system will need power cycled for the card type to take change.without a receiver card you cannot break dial tone on the analog port.
