We are in the process of changing vendors and would like to disable this connection to prevent unauthorized remote access to our system via the modem connection.
Can this be done via software in Network eManager?

That's not very helpful considering we haven't signed with the new company yet but we need the old one shut out immediately.
I have full administrative access to the system through Network eManager and routinely configure stations, voicemail, and DID assignments. I'm just not 100% sure how to disable this one feature.

Well, your description of your administration access wasn't very helpful either. You should have been more clear of your situation, as Voyager was giving you the easiest explanation.
As to your question - just remove the DID assignment for the Built In MoDem.

Thanks for the help.
My apologies if I came across the wrong way. Just really frustrated with this vendor.

Next question:
If I program a different DID with the MOH and Modem assignments and clear out the programming for the current DID, is there any way for them to access the system remotely short of guessing the new DID?
Would simply changing the system password be effective?

you could change the community name on the system. and remove the current one. BUT don't forget it as you will not be able to log back into the system without initialising to back to default.

What's the nature of the problem and are you really afraid they'll dial-in? Short of guessing the new DID, no other way to get in without your interaction.

Make sure they didn't program a DID for DISA access. I think the best solution at this point is to change the flex code.
