I have a client that is getting a
unrecognized error Id GRP_AGT_SUMMARY
has anyone come across this and what is the cause of it?

What is the version of the ACD service installed?
You will probably need to upgrade it to the latest version and test it again.

FYI, the oldeset net server version on FYI is 4.3 build 47. This is when Toshiba took over the ACD from Oaisys. I was able to install that version even if maintainence is expired. Newer versions require a current maintainence

I was able to get them to pay for the time lapsed and for another year of maintenance. I will then wait to get the newer versions out there.
