I have a customer that is complaining of messages that sound like they are under water and ALL voicemail ports go "offhook" and stay stuck in that state.. The ports are connected via an MIPU in cabinet 1 slot 4. SES version 5.109 CIX670 Version is AR5.10MS017.00
Anyone run across this?

I have seen where all ports go off-hook when they have a common button programmed on the key map such as a line button or phdn. Staying stuck in that state could be explained by no disconnect supervision if it was a line button that caused them to go off-hook in the first place. The underwater thing could be a voip/network issue. Make sure QoS is configured properly. Just some things to check.
There are more recent software versions for both systems.

I was going to upgrade the phone system/SES and then start looking at QOS...
