Hi, I am working with cix 670. Company main DID rings MCG(290) right now, but MCG can have maximum 25 members, I need to ring more then 25 stations. So I made PHDN and DID rings PHDN, The first incomming call is fine, it rings all stations that has PHDN button and PHDN button is red led on all stations, so the second call is going to be busy rings. How do I make call to PHDN button to Pool Line Group button as soon as it answers? I saw some place, call hits PHDN and rings PHDN. As soon as it answers, it goes to Pool Line button on the station.

why not present the I/C at the pool line key instead of the PhDN key? You will have to select which handsets ring by selecting D1/D2/N ringing options on the pool line key on each handset. You wont have the PhDN extn busy problem then either.

A GCO with multiple indexes will work for you and is very easy to set up.

Can you use another MCG # as a member of the original MCG? If so, this would give you up to 49 members. I've never tried it, but it sounds possible.

I think it's not work for DID number.

you cannot put a pilot number for a MCG as a member of a different MCG.
You can overflow a MCG to a MCG but this will not give you 50 extns ringing.
You can target a DDI to a Pool Line or GCO and leave the D1/D2/N as No Data.
