We have a Strata CTX28 with 8 phones. Currently the auto attendent is set up like this: Press 1 for Customer Service; Press 2 for tech support, etc. When 1 is pressed, it goes to 300 and a group of stations (201, 202, 203, etc) ring. But when I press 2, instead of hunting through four 300 voicemail stations, only one primary station 202 is ringing. How do I re-configure this? I have the Strata CTX WinAdmin installed on my computer. Do I need other software to do this? Thanks!
