A customer shipped down his DK40i and Stratagy FLASH 4 unit from NJ and we did the reinstall here in Florida.
I thought I cold get into to FALSH 4 with just a serial cable and either Hyperterm or from a dos prompt. Appearantly not.
Is there a utility that is needed?
The KSU is all reprogrammed and runnng great but I need to access the VM to make sme critical changes. Can someone email the utility or provide a link where I can download it?
I've cut it twice and it's still too short !

This is the external gray plastic fixed 4-port unit that was also sold/marketed under many different brands including Amanda Madeline in late 90's around 2000 we did some Amanda installs on DK's with great success.
I've cut it twice and it's still too short !

So is the VM a Amanda or Stratagy ??

It is the Toshiba Stratagy
I've cut it twice and it's still too short !
