Hello, I have drifted away from toshiba years ago but still have one customer that I try to help out. They are using an 40i with a stratagy voicemail. I was sent the following email:
Got a quick question for you; appreciate if you can help out. According to the user guide, if I want to transfer a call directly to a voicemail, I first press cnf/trn, enter #407, and enter the voicemail number + #. However, when I enter #407, instead of the entry tone, I got a busy tone instead. Any clue what went wrong?
Any help group? Thanks

#407 is for the CTX/CIX won't work on the DK ,
press conf/trans , dial VM , enter box 998 , they will be prompted to enter destination ID , enter mailbox to transfer to press # ,hangup.
