We have a Toshiba CIX 670 with 2 PRI lines. Every night at 2 am to 330 am any calls to a Verizon cell gets a busy signal. You can call the same numbers on an outside line just fine, you can even call at&t numbers fine at the times that verizon numbers are having problems. I have talked to my dial tone provider and there provisioning group is at a loss. I have talked to my Corprate Verizon rep and he is at a loss as well. any ideas on what i could be looking for on this? im at a loss :bang:

Change the time on the CIX to 2am to test during the day. If the problem doesn't happen then it's not the CIX.

Try getting a Verizon tech to come out onsite to test at 2am. Now the fun starts.

no doubt! Is there any thing i can putin chain that might monitor/log communication going though the PRI's so i can have more solid proof?

Toshiba has a program called PRI Tracker that logs the d-channel info from the serial jack of the xPTU card.
