Has anyone seen this error before? If so... any idea what I can do to resolve it/ Back story : Downloaded install package to customer's computer, then had to leave on emergency service call. Customer tried the install themselves and after the install, adjusted something in the NeM Windows user account. I come back and get this error, even after a complete uninstall and reinstall of the NeM package. I ended up installing on their 03 Server machine, so we're up and running... but I'm really curious what they did to hose this. Any ideas at all Thanks! ![[Linked Image from farm5.static.flickr.com]](https://farm5.static.flickr.com/4119/4786738002_cbcfc1a28e_b.jpg)

I saw a notice for that webinar too, with a mental note to watch it. It really sucks that this program is such a PITA. I shouldn't be this difficult.

Thanks for the webinar tip guys. I did not listen to it yet, but plan to this afternoon. @Travis - I agree... it is a p.o.s, as far as I'm concerned. They can't even get it to work on a domain, or with any regularity. I understand that every installation of W1n40z3 is unique, but c'mon. At any rate... that's a slippery slope argument ---- Now I have another installation, with a different error... ![[Linked Image from farm5.static.flickr.com]](https://farm5.static.flickr.com/4095/4821970428_ec97969224_b.jpg)

I noticed that any windows updates will screw up NeM, but the newest version has recovery program that has helped A LOT. under start, all programs, networkemangerutility, NeM recovery. it fixes most .NET issues after updates.

Thanks, I'll see if running that helps :toast:

Bottom line...the admin(eman) program should have been hosted on the system processor from CTX inception but was not. This can be done on a $10 Chinese router knockoff why can't it be done on an expensive purpose built unit? I have never gotten an answer from Toshiba and we work with them directly on product... I don't know of any other piece of equipment where admin requires you to run IIS, SQL and ASP/AJAX directly on the client machine for access.

Thanks P I try to get answers too and nobody wants to talk about it. I think a second chip with Debian could run a similar app and we could connect via a second NIC or USB port. @walleye - it didn't work
