CIX670... When we press #7001, #7002, #7003, and #7004 to pick up an analog line from the system, we are not getting any dial tone. Instead we get a normal busy signal and not the fast busy.
When testing the two phone cords that plug into the card, I get dial tone from the lines themselves.
When calling the number from a phone, the lights flash on the card the represents the line that I am calling.
This was working previously. The card is enabled and Idle when looking at it in eManager.
Is there a setting that I can check, or is something wrong with the card that it would need to be replaced?

1. Do you have Individual Trunk Access enabled in Class Of Service? Someone could have easily unchecked that, not allowing anyone in said COS to access CO lines.
2. Have you tried this from multiple stations? Maybe the station you tried it from was in a restricted COS.

Trunk access is Enabled. I disabled and re-enabled, and the same thing. When it is disabled, you will get a fast busy. With it Enabled, you get the regular slow busy signal.

#7 is still the code for line access.

Check the slot in emanager under Maintenance and see if it's disabled. Maybe the fuse tripped. Push the white-colored buttons on the power supply.

I took the card, moved it to a different slot, and programmed it to recognize the card and it was working.
No fuse seemed to be tripped. The only thing I haven't done is power down the entire system. I figured reseeding the card would be good enough.
Bad Back-plane??
