Have a CTX 670 running Mk054 software old CPU,
Cant do conference call using an RSTU3 card, tried swapping to BSLU card and still same problem, multi-conference enabled,
Can make first call out, press hook, puts first call on hold, then make second call out and wait to answer, then press hook/conf button to link the two outside partied together and it drops the second call and goes back to first..
Tried this on a DKT phone and can do conferencing no problems, but when using analogue extensions doesnt like it.
Tried rebooting system just incase of spike, still no good
Just thinking being an older processor might be the problem for this?
any ideas?
cheers
Joel

In my trusty .pdf manual it says to dial #494 but no other info and no one ever asked me this before.
You could try hookflash, 9 for an outside line, dial number then #494.
Or you could try hookflash, 9 for an outside line, dial number then #494 then hookflash.

No harm in playing with #494 to see what sequence is needed.
They taught me in phone school that when it doesn't work, READ THE PRINT. (The print was the old AT&T diagram sheet.)
Unfortunately the Toshiba PRINT doesn't have such good instructions.
