Can any one help me connecting to CTX28 from my PC? I tried with a crossover cable, and the system responds when I ping from my PC but doesn't connect through Network Manager. When I try to connect, it says "PLEASE WAIT", but doesn't connect no matter how long I wait.

Thanks

If you were able to connect before then try recycling the power on the ctx.

Thank you for the reply phonemeister!
I never connected it before, but somehow I am able to connect now. I tried deleting and adding the equipment several times and it works now!

I want to set up the auto attendant features. How can I make my "Strategy VM Manager" communicate with CTX28? Do, I need to connect any cable from my modem on PC to the GVMU? Or the crossover cable connected to GETS helps in communicating with the GVMU?

Thanks

I think you need a 6 cond line cord and pptc9 to connect to the VM.

I tried connecting with a 6 conductor line and pptc9, now I'm receiving the following error
"Remote password doesn't match a password of the Strategy".
Can someone please help?

Thanks

If you dont have the password to the voicemail you will need to get Toshiba to connect to it and reset it. If you are not a Toshiba Dealer this will be a problem as Toshiba Tech Support will not help. May be time to have the client call the installer and ask what the password is....
