Neil Hes Member Joined: May 2009 Posts: 37 Johannesburg	Hello all.Is there someone that can help me please installed a new extension with a DKT 3210 only to find it has a PDKU card installed.When you pick up the handset the tone is very loud.There is a document were by you can tell the DKT to look like a DK would any one have some advice

Steve Mull Member Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 2,266 Likes: 1 Knoxville Tennessee	If your talking about putting the phone in 2000 mode , it is 369 hold(at the same time) turn LED 7 on. If it is on a PDKU it should be OK. I don't think you can put it in 2000 mode on a PDKU
