My voicemail went from my voice to an automated message. I cannot access my voicemail (have tried remotely as well) or messages or anything! I've tried *, *11, #, my code, etc.

Please help. I run a small business and need to be able to access my messages and change my voicemail.

You need to tell what kind of a phone system and what kind of a voice mail you have. The "DTK 2020" is the model of the phone. That phone model fits on many Toshiba digital systems. Welcome to the board!! welcome

Phone Model: dkt2020-sd
Toshiba Strata dk user guide (1996 manual) is what came with the phone; 3 phones-2 users.

In the screen above the numbers, it says "Sent 14f
Call 50-850V"

Does this help?

Looks like you have a Strata DK phone system of some flavor. We still aren't 100% on the type of voicemail system, but I'll make the assumption that it's a Stratagy or Amanda.

The top line means you turned on a message light at ext 14. I believe you can dial Intercom 14 77 to clear it.

Second line looks like you have a message and the voicemail system at ext 850 wants you to call it.

So how exactly are you trying to access your voicemail? I assume that you are pressing the blinking MSG light.

How does the system respond when you press the msg button? It should be asking for a security code.

When you call it remotely and here the main greeting you hit *,
then system says "please enter your user ID". You enter 11 #,
system: "Please enter your security code"
which you would enter your code at this point.

This about right so far?

I access my voicemail 2 ways; I push the voicemail button and usually hit *11 then my security code and # and it takes me to my messages. However, it won't acknowledge or accept that anymore. I press *11 and it doesn't even register! Usually it would say please enter your security code.

I also tried remotely and it won't work.

When I press the msg button, nothing happens-no dial tone, no sound.

Try dialing Intercom, 850, *11...
or dial Intercom, 50, *11...

To rid your display of sent 14F (sent fax message), dial Intercom, 14, 99.
