Hi,
We have a CTX28 box, with 8 extensions. When we receive a call all the extensions ring, if unanswered, goes to greeting (990 or 991, not sure since both have the same greeting recorded). We want the calls to be answered by Auto Attendant and then ring the extensions if the auto attendant cannot help the caller.
Is there an option on VM Manager or eManager to enable this Auto Attendant mode?
Thanks

It will take a bit of programming and some know-how to do what you want. If you're not familiar with how to program the CTX or don't have the means to program, then I would suggest having a Toshiba tech come out and do it for you.
