Hello to all. I am setting up a PRI (RPTU2) with a DK424 ver 4.3. I believe I have everything programmed correctly, however I can't get the system to route via DNIS? The CO tells me they are sending ANI & 4 digits (DNIS) I noticed that there are settings to either recieve * tone or not recieve * tone. Would this have an impact if they are sending *ANI*DNIS* over the D Channel? The system seems to hang on incoming calls. I can call out, but it wont send CPN to the far end which I have programmed in *69-2 (area code and prefix) and *09 (DNIS digits). The routing is via prog 71. Or is there one little place that I have to turn on a light that I'm missing? Prog 17 led 5 is on. The outbound default CID is also programmed in *68-2 but it wont even send that out? Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Thanks

Make sure they are not sending name and number , the DK 424 with a PRI will only do number.

They aren't sending name. That was the first thing I made sure of. Only ANI and DNIS

Are you NI1 or NI2? It's got to be NI2 for the CPN to be sent to the far end. Also, in prog 17 turn on LEDs 3-8. If you still can't get the DIDs to work, try putting **** (4 asterisks) in prg *66-5.

Thanks, I got it. I had everything correct, the CO had a problem with their end. Thanks for the help.
