This is a DK424 C/D 4.3, 4 cabinets Stratagy DK. Yesterday I got a call that phone A didnt work. I go down there and no display or sound on the phone. Well I found out if you pick up the receiver of phone A it makes phone B intercom phone C, and when you hang up phone A, B then intercoms phone D. :bang: If you press spker on phone A then phone B dials hunt group 901. Phone A is port 135, with that connected the next PDKU, ports 136-143 dont work. When I disconnect phone B everything works fine. So I just marked port 135 as bad for an easy solution. Well today another phone we will say E port 120, is randomly intercoming extensions and seems to be doing more then one at a time. :bang: Very confusing! HELP!!!!!

Reseat the cards including the processor while you have the system off.

Check the power supply reset trips do you have any PF leds lit? Also check that the system is earthed to all cabinets as this has caused phantom calls between handsets before.

Any chance you have two digital phones connected to the same port? I've had similiar problems occur when hooking up my test phone to a used port. No LCD display on my test set and I could hear the original phone out in the office going off hook (not sure if it phantom dialed or not). I'd check the wiring and the blocks at the MDF and IDF's.

If all else fails "DEFAULT, DEFAULT, DEFAULT" but first list your programming or download it if you can.
Thanks

RCTU could be bad. I had a similar issue.

I dont think I have 2 on one port, I will check anyways. The other day they lost all phone system dialtone, everyone told me the display on the phone worked but had nothing when the phone was picked up. Its like it froze, power cycled it and all was good. Except lost a Stratagy DK, it has no power anymore. I cant default there is to many numbers coming in and being transfered out to other stores to have it down. I think ill try to replace the processor. I should upgrade to the CTX but not sure if im ready for that. Thanks for the replies!
