Here's a simple question from a "simple Panasonic" tech. I've been delegated to help a Toshiba customer who has a DK40 and had a 10 button phone that has been switched out with a 20 button phone. They want to program the extra buttons as dss extension buttons. Can someone steer me in the right direction to do this. I guess I'm asking that I've not been to the customers site yet, and don't know if they have manuals, or cheet sheets, but any suggestions where to find to procedure would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
