Do you mean DID/DNIS routing? It's under program 309.

I was looking at that but was having trouble identifying the line I'm trying to work with. This is a system installed by someone else that I just took over and I'm learning as I go. The customer has an external number 303-XXX-9503 that is setup as a DID for an internal exstension that they want changed to a different extension. The problem is when I look at the DID/DNIS Table View I don't see any numbers that end with 9503. I'm beginning to think the telco may be actually handling the forwarding of this number to one of the configured DIDs. What do you think?

What happens when you call that number?? Where does it go---or does it just ring??

That is possible that 9503 could be RCF'd to a DID. Click on DID/DNIS table view and look for all DIDs that target that particular station. Then change the target to some other extension and call the 9503 number and see if it rings the new target.

Phonemeister is right. They didn't want a DID starting with 9 and change that to different digits. Look at any DID/DNIS with 503 as the last 3 digits.

It doesn't have to end in 503. It could be going to any DID.

I use my favorite too PRI tracker and call the DID.

By the way, it can be found at a different location since the original sit eis closed.
