Hi just installed a brand new Teleco card in my test unit and set it up as normal on the Toshiba as i have done many times before for some reason when i dial the hunt group the voice comming from the teleco card is very distorted and not clear and i cannot put any commands into the phone say to set up date time and voice boxes any suggestions please

You might want to do a search for Teleco on this board. There is a very nice gentleman who does Teleco and you could find him in the search and send him a private message, or he may just find this post. It is almost Thanksgiving here and some people may be on vacation and not checking often.

Tryed to get hold of the help desk at Teleco in the states via mail as yet i have had no responce was hoping someone on the forum had the same problem they call it a teleco perfect voice Tis16S2 LTD and fits into one of the slots in the Toshiba i belive it is thanks giving in the states throught it started on Thursday maybe i get a reply from the help desk today thanks for all the help

Sounds like you have an A-Law U-Law mismatch. Your TIS16 is probably set for North America(U_Law)I'll get the 2 lines you need to edit in DOS and shoot them over.
