Where can obtain general pbx install/repair instruction? Is it only available through each maker's certification classes, or is generic material obtainable that has application to many different manufacturers?

I'm a recently retired I&M Bell tech (29 yrs). Never worked on key systems, just residence and business circuits--POTS, DIDs, ground start trunks, ISDN, etc.

As for Nortel,with your background,you should be able to do Norstars easily with the manuals.As far as the Options 11C thru 81C,it will require training.You can check out some courses at https://get.globalknowledge.com/norteltraining/ click on meridian or norstar for course prices.
