recently I get the following error on a switch stratagy ctx when we select any extensions for editing with enmanager:
ctx error: (0x500bff) facility = 0, command = 200 error code = 80 data = 255
the DN does not exist or withou APCB DKT / SLT setting is Designated for a PCB conecting the selected ISDN extensions
Any help on how to solve this error since I am new to the subject of switches.

Is this the first time you connected this computer running emanager to the switch? it sounds like a bad communication between the computer and the switch. if you have another laptop or pc with emanager try that and see if you get the same error. if you are running vista or win 7 make sure you have the correct version (currently Network eManager V5.20B12C)
