I have a multitech voip 810 at two of my sites. One site has a Toshiba CIX100 and the other has the CTX670.
When using the voip unit, I cannot get it to disconnect.
I have tried utilizing the generic busy tone which has:
Frequency 1 = 480 Frequency 2 = 620 Cadence1(ms)= 500 Cadence2(ms)= 500 Cadence3(ms)= 500 Cadence4(ms)= 500 Gain1= -16 Gain2= -16
This did not work.
Does the toshiba has a specific tone for disconnect? If so, can someone post this information? I asked my Telecom vendor, but they seem to be clueless to the product they sell.
thanks in advance.

Depending on what software version you have on the CIX, FB53 in prog 200 allows the analog station to provide loop current disconnect. If you don't have this option, you can specify that analog station as voicemail and it will send a d tone to your multitech to indicate disconnect.
