I have 2 co lines ringing on 4 phones, plus ringing a phantom 510. These 4 phones work fine. Ring live you can answer etc.

The attendant console has the line appearances, the lines will ring if I program 81 for the attendant console but we just want them to flash red, so if I un-program 81 the lines go away does the phantom also have to be on the attendant phone this is ext 200. When i mean go away you get no light when they ring but you can press the button and answer the call. the attendant phone is in another part of the building so we would like them to flash red and not ring. I think I have them ringing the phantom in *81

I think all I did was set ext 236 owner of phantom 510 in *33.

I goto *81 put in the line number then the phantom as the data.

I put ##510 on 1 key on the ext's that ring with the phantom. When I call in the phantom blinks red and the line rings green and the appropriate VM Box answers this works fine

On the receptionist phone ext 200 I have the 2 co lines numbers 53 and 110 on the dss console buttons, If I program 81 ext 200 to ring line 53 and 110 it works if I delete those lines from 81 nothing happens when i call in I would like them to flash red on ext 200.

ok, that makes sense now. assign 2 more phantoms to ext. 200 , in *81 program the lines to flash the PhDn's. another way to try it is put both of the lines in a pool group and program pooled line keys on the DSS. one more thing to try would be programming them to ring in program 83, just to see if they flash at the start of the cycle.
