Here's the scenario: When the receptionist is on the phone at this dentist's office, and she's talking to another person on, say, line 1, and another call rings in to her phone. The problem is that she can hear the ringing of the other phone call on her phone. (There are multiple answer points for incoming calls.) What she wants to be able to do is silence the ringing of the second call on her phone. I know there is a specific set of keystrokes that must be done in order to do this, but I cannot, for the life of me, remember what those keystrokes are! I think it involves the volume down key, too. Of course, this will not affect normal ringing when the phone is idle. Can anyone help?
