I have a Stratagy Flash Voice Brick on a DK280 that just developed a problem with incoming calls. Internal and external calls are intermittently answered with a modem/fax data noise as if a modem or fax is answering. Anyone seen this before?

Are internal station to station calls exhibiting the same problem? Or calls just to voice mail?

No it's just calls to the voice mail ports, both internal and external.

I'm experiencing the same problem on a 4 port SGDK connected to a DK40. Incoming calls are intermittently answered by the modem. Sometimes you can wait-out the modem, (about 5 sec's) then it will connect to AA, other times you have to hangup and call back. Has this happened to anyone else?

I suspect an outside source. The Flash does not have a built-in modem.

I have seen the common issue is an alarm system tied to one of the lines, likely the first line, but that would apply only to external calls.
