Your other option is to install some 20 button ADM's on the operators handets or the main ones in the office so you can display the CO line keys and do the job properly, it was obviously under sold for what the customer really wanted.

Good luck with it smile
I do have ADM's on the main ringing 'operator' phones. I've decided to use 'one-touch' key for call pickup and like posted, add the '00' on the back end so "pickup line 4" is button + 4. (#5#7300)

Ring pickup, as they like to do anywhere the phones are ringing, have a one-touch (#5#9) on a few 'non-office' phones for ring pickup anywhere in the hallways.

If this sounds risky - please let me know smile
Thanks again for all the help, I appreciate the support

I have used the PhDN keys as park keys on a few sites and it works very well as they flash with a call presented to it. Then a page is put out to say "fred a call is on park 1 for you...." and all they have to do is press park 1.

check out this post regarding park keys

That is a great option, but again... When an owner calls into the office, he wants to talk to several people. His call will be put on-hold at one ext. and then the call is 'lost' and they will try to figure out how to 'pickup' the call elswhere. The Telrad really is a great setup and I think the 'one-touch' button is as close to a 'pickup' button i'll get to. That red HOLD button is just too tempting LOL. All phones have display so 'Holding Line 8' will tell them where the call is.

The call wont be lost as it will be held at their PDN key if they need to put it back to a park key and call someone to tell them it is on park1 they can or just press the DSS key to transfer to the extn.

Maybe as was mentioned earlier they need to change the way they do things.

Anyway good luck with it

The system has been up and running for a month now. Everyone loves the phones and the setup. I couldn't have done it without the help of all of you on this support page smile I really appreciate the help.

I'll start playin around with the LIPU and plug-n-play IP phones when winter sets in around here. Love the challenge!

My Hats off to all of you who help tirelessly on a daily basis.
