After searching here and in the manuals for an hour, I'm utterly stumped. I'm programming a CF-All button via eManager on our CIX, but the button doesn't toggle on/off. It just goes "beep".

I thought the process was to add that button to the phone, then set CF-All once via #6011. Once configured, the CF-All button would toggle forwarding on/off.

Did I miss something? What are the additional steps needed to make a CF-All button just toggle forwarding on/off? I have done the #6011/#6051 method via One Touch buttons before, so I know that works.

You are missing the part where you program the destination. Once the CF-All button is programmed, from the phone, dial #9876, press the CF-All button, enter the destination(remember to add the 9 for an outside line) and end with a #, then press the CF-All button again. You should hear two quick beeps if done correctly.

Thanks! I was trying to do this all from eManager directly. #9876 from the phone itself took care of it.
