Hi all~!
I have a problem with one customer,they have a CIX100 with RDDU, when somebody calls any of the DID trunks from a Rogers cell phone, they can hear us but we can't hear them. I have many other systems with RDDU and they all work with the Rogers phones.
Everything works fine when dialing any of the CO lines.
Did any of you ever see anything similar to this?

We had a similar issue with Nextel back in the day, But it was only accruing on PRI's and only on Siemens CO's.
It had to do with timing from Nextel's equipment and the Siemens CO
We were never able to solve it, it just went away after a few months.
