We have Toshiba dk280 with a Strategy VM system. When a call is not answered the caller hears the greeting from mailbox 990 then the greeting from mailbox 991 and then they should hear a tone and they should be able to leave a message in mailbox of x200--the front desk mailbox. However there is no tone to leave a message. After a few seconds it says “thank you for calling, goodbyeâ€Â

Thanks for the response.
The VM system is on a card.
Do you need a laptop and software to make do this? Or can you do it in the vm box itself?

You will want to have a Toshiba tech come out and do this for you because he will have the right tools to do the job and will know how to program it the way you want it.
