Hello all, Noticed this today..
Outgoing calls, using pool keys stay flashing green on DN key instead of moving to a pool key? Dialing using 9-xxx-xxxx and the call works, grabs the lowest in OCG but doesn't move to a pool key.. Any thoughts? I've got OLG setup all to pool 1 and pool key 1 selected in pool key station programming...?

Now i notice that if i unplug the station phone that was correctly using pool key on outgoing call it now sticks to the DN key for outgoing so something changed in programming and the phone program resets when phone is plugged back in???

If that doesn't work check the OLG's pooled line set up in Prg 306 - (make sure the pooled line key is assigned to the OLG)
