OK. Used system call forward, removed vm from MCG, set timers, activated call forward and EVERYONE IS A HAPPY CAMPER!!! Thanks for all your input guys. I am curious about one thing.(Not curious enough to try it after I got the thing working.) If simultaneous calls cause MCG's to go to delay 1 locations, why not set delay 1 to one or two digital extensions, and then set delay 2 to vm? Wouldn't the simultaneous calls ring all immediate destinations then the delay 1. destinations? Or would the system again see all phones as busy and kick it to vm like it was doing?

101 ways to skin a cat mate (apparently - not tried it myself).
I'm pretty sure that it does kick to VM even if the 555 pilot is in delay 2 or else it would have been an easy fix. Phonemeister Phdns are great as a solution but I just find that our clients find them confusing especially after using CO line buttons.

You can keep the CO buttons while still using PhDN. I just did one the other day where an unanswered incoming call would have to get answered by the auto attendant on a delay ring. I DIT'd it to a PhDN that I put on the receptionist's phone and made the PhDN button not ring. I did make the CO buttons ring so that they would light up green for an incoming call. The call would follow the call forward to voicemail on the PhDN because of the DIT. I like this method over the MCG because using the MCG will make the PDN button flash green and the CO button flash red.

Ottersnose and Phonemeister--Thanks both of you for your help. Next time I get an install with VM I think I will play around with the PhDN and DIT. It's just really good to know that the system call forward will also work.

I don't often use MC groups - usually use the DIT to phantom. Will often program a phantom add on module to a phone, then program the phantom on it. The one thing I like about MCC groups is the easy flexability in c/f na time. Using the DIT to ph method, if you don't use system c/f, then you have to use personal c/f for the phantom. Which means you have to have a physical ph button to program, and the c/f shows on the display.
