When the operator at ext. 10 is busy on line 1, and line 2 rings in, there is a camp on tone indication in the handset. She says it is too loud, and wants it turned down, or off. I cannot find what program number that is. It may be called BOV. Is there a way to turn that off? Could someone help me with the pgm number. The system is a dk 40I.

Thanks,
Gerald
