Good morning all,

I've been lurking this board for years now and used information posted here while I was an installer as it was faster than calling Toshiba for support smile

I've done a number of installations and 3 or so years of CIX 100 and iES32 troubleshooting yet I've hit something I'm completely stuck on and Toshiba can't answer it either!

The system is an CIX100 with Expansion and an iES32.

What seems like a simple issue has become a major thorn in my side. When a user hits 0 on the main greeting mailbox 990 (with instructional) I have the menu configured to send the call to 303. It doesn't work though it goes to extension 200. I've configured item 9 in 990 to go to 303 and that works perfectly. I've tried to reconfigure the 0 mailbox and at one point my coworker deleted the 0 mailbox (which is where I believe my issue is in part).

I just want the structure to work like this:

User calls - 990 answers
User hits 0 - goes to 303 where they get a message and if they hit 0 it resends to 303 (works) and if they hit 9 it goes to 200 (also works)

I believe the issue resides in the 990 mailbox as the behavior of 303 is working but 990 is not.

Please help!

What do you have in the extension field of mb 0? Should be 303H.

Sounds like it's hosed somehow. Try this...In the Menu section of 990 for the 0 key, choose TokenIntApp and enter @G(303) in the field just to the right and submit it. Make sure that's there a mailbox 303 with 303H in the extension field and the DND is off.

@RRino I've tried both 0 and 303H it's currently 303H

@Phonemeister I tried the TokenIntApp and nothing changed, it still went to extension 200. Normally I have 303 with DND on but I turned it off for this and retested the 0 on 303 and it repeats the transfer to 303 again over and over (which is what I want) So again it seems like a problem with mailbox 990.

Is there a problem with deleting 990 and resetting it up? I obviously don't want to make it worse but I really want to fix this!

Thanks!
Rick

Try setting up Box 303 with 303H and in Box 0 put @G303 so it chains from 0 to 303 and transfers.
