We have a CTX670 with several DKT 2020 and 2010 phones. I can set the distinctive ring for the phones no problem, but it will only let me choose the odd numbered ring patterns. If I choose a even numbered ring pattern, the phone will blink as ringing but no sound. This is on internal and external calls. Any ideas??

Which ringtone codes have you tried? From memory there is only 01-02 then 11-18 available?
