Thanks in Advance.
We have a CTX100 system with 4 land lines and 8 internal extensions. We recently changed service providers. The problem we are facing now is that incoming external calls are not transferred to our company greeting. Our internal voice mail and call transfer is working properly. I would appreciate if any one can give the solution or ideas.

Need some more info, Does it ring a phone(s) first then goto voice mail, or does it go to voice mail right away?
Were any programing changes made when the new lines were brought in?

The phone rings but does not go to the company greeting or voice mail. It was set to ring for 10-12 rings before going to company greetings. Regarding Programming, a fourth trunk line was programmed as we had 3 lines earlier.

Check DIT programming (prg 310).
I normally program lines to ring to a phantom number, which is programmed with #6032 to go to the voicemail.
