Got a CIX 670 with ACD ,When some of the agents are signing to ACD hunt groups via Netphone they receive error "Login Failed: Unknow call resides at device 3247:3247" This is the message when tring to log in from X-3247. Soemtimes they have to tried 3 or 4 times in order to get that work ?

Do you have GCO or trunk keys assigned to that station?
If so temp remove them and retest.
