When you uninstalled the eManager software did you remove the SQL express and database when it prompted you to do?
The way I would fix it is to do the following:
1. remove eManager
2. choose option to delete database
3. remove SQL Server 2005
4. remove SQL Server Native Client
5. remove SQL Server Setup Support Files
6. remove SQL Server VSS Writer
7. delete Microsoft SQL Server folder in c:\program files
8. reboot PC
9. turn off or disable antivirus
10. re-install eManager software
11. check pop up blocker is turned OFF
12. make sure
https://localhost is added to local intranet settings under IE tools/internet options/security settings.
