Hi All,

I have a script mailbox setup to ask callers a series of questions:

1 State your name
2 Address
3 Customer number
4 Message

This is working fine but cannot get messages to each question stored as 1 message in my mailbox so i get 4 messages.

Looking at manual i should be able to use msg to mailbox after the 4 record line numbers but it simply places answer to question 4 in mailbox hence having to add msg to mailbox after each record line and recieving 4 messages.

Am i missing something? anyone set this up?

I have not done this, but looking at the manual, on the script line that has the Record , in the parameters should have {seconds}/APP.

So, for example line 2, would say Record with parameters 20/APP to append a 20 second recording to the previous lines recording. Seems a bit redundant that there is also a Append check box.

Tried this but no joy will raise a call with tech as i'm sure this should work.

Q(G1,G2,G3,E)

The E says to group those answers as one message

Where do i put that in a Strata messaging system? I'm familiar with that concept on Stratagy but Strata messaging has to use script mailboxes so don't think that is an option

in the extension field of the mailbox.

Be sure the DND is off

my_wald, I believe you are talking about Tokens in the Stratagy voicemail. The Strata Messaging uses script mailboxes and work different.
