Does Voice Mail get time and date from system?
Visited prospective new customer with CTX 100 said system time and voicemail time were different and she only knew how to set system time.

what type of voicemail was it?

Sometimes the voicemail is setup to pull time/date from the PBX processor, but usually they run independant.
If voicemail is a Toshiba Stratagy, then you would normally log into the admin mailbox 999 to set the time for the voicemail.
