Hi All, I am scratching my head on this one. We have a user whom I was setting up on a new Windows 7 32 bit PC. Previously the extension had been used with Netphone on the OLD PC. I went to install Netphone and entered the extension, login, and password. It logs in just fine but displays NO information. Then I go to ACD Viewer and add their ACD credentials (the same as the login information). It accepts those just fine.
Now the fun begins. Netphone flashes between ????? and Logged in to ACD (but with someone elses user login). It does this every 10-15 seconds. And it never synchs with the phone. I have tried many things. Changed her extension, changed her ACD login NOT to match her extension, rebooted the phone. The only thing I haven't done is reboot the MAS since there were too many people logged in. Has anyone seen this before? is there a newer version of Netphone?
Thanks!!

The newer version of Netphone is called Strata Call Manager but you have to check what version is running on the MAS server otherwise it will just run in demo mode.

You maintainence on the server has to be current before you can run the latest verion.
At one location, I was having trouble. I though it may be due to the PCs running Window 7 and the 6.XX version I was installing did not say it was compatable. It seemed like the problems were primarily on Windows 7 PCs where the user informations changed. Their maintainence was not current so I was stuck with the version I had.
I know that another tech had simular problems. You might have to competely uninstall Netphone and remove the user information within the Documents and Settings folder. I know that is a huge folder, and I don't recall exactly where the information is stored. I am pretty sure he got it working on the Windows 7 PCs eventually, except a small issue with F11 dialing.
