Hi All I installed a RBSS card last Friday and to my horror it lock out the ISDN from the exchange I dont know why but the lines came back at 10.30 that night long day also the customer was not that happy with me.. I did reset the system as suggest by other technicans this didnt help as the systems had to be reprogrammed again from scratch this is my problem. Two things I cannot get working correctly.... Caller ID for incoming calls not displaying on the phones I know there is a setting cannot figure it out (system is ISDN) I also need to set up one mail box for answering calls when the phone system is switch to night mode. The system has a built in card for the voicemail.. I am based in Dublin Ireland any help would be appericate

For RBSS make sure Fb23 of prog 317 is set to TEI fixed - quite often the cause of ISDN2 failure. Have you an ISDN tester? Check that CLIP is enabled from the Exchange. Else check fb17 of prog 105 is enabled. For night service create a Pilot dn to point at the voicemail hunt group with a VM ID for your night message mailbox. Which VM are you using mate?
