It's probably something stupid that I'm forgetting, but here's the problem I'm having:

When I call an extension and let it ring through to the VM, it loops back to the main greeting instead of going into that ext. mailbox.

If I enable DND on the MB, I get the correct greeting. And if I leave a message it lights the message indicator. However, when I try to check the message with the MB light, it sends me into the main greeting instead of my mailbox.

I've double checked and triple checked my settings in eManager, I definitely have the VMID codes set in there. Any ideas?

By the way, I think I had this issue a while back with a customer where we replaced the VM card on a 670, but went from 4ports to 8ports and maybe didn't set up the licensing or had some other problems, but I eventually just put a new 4port card in their system to get it working.

One assumes you have a VMID and message center set on extensions?

Also check bits 10 and 16 in System>Voicemail Data have your hunt group number in.

Lastly check all your ports in Voicemail>Port data are set for SMDI

Did you change the extensions to the voicemail ports? Normally you wo not have to do anything with SMDI, but if you change the voicemail port extensions, then you have to change it in the voiemail as well.

You can change the pilot to the voicelmail hunt group and the message center without issue.

We have recently had some new GVPH VM cards shipped which have needed reconfiguration of the intergration patterns? It could be worth checking these out?

Newtecky, I finally had a chance to get around to this again today and it was the ports in the VM programming. I don't usually have to change it, I think it's usually set to 220 by default, but for whatever reason, this one was set to 28. Anyway, thanks for the help!
