Hey All,
I swear I've done this a hundred times before and I'm pulling my hair out! Our iES32 died and we got a new one, I have 990 set as our main greeting and chain done to 200 (operator extension/receptionist). If someone hits the extension of the person they are trying to reach it rings into their phone but reverts to 990 instead of leaving them a message. Also when hitting 555 (our extension for VM) it plays the 990 message instead of asking for their password to log into their VM Box. I swear this is something in the integration and I've checked the IP address and such. I'm just stumped.
Equipment:
CIX100 with Expansion Cabinet. LIPU / MIPU iES32 8pt IPT2010-SD phones.
Please help!

I've emailed 2 different vendors to get this resolved. I'll update as appropriate. If anyone has any suggestions in the meantime I'm really desperate!

Silly but the resolution was a full reboot after getting the settings verified as being correct. I had rebooted the card and brought it down a few times I hadn't rebooted the phone system since setting the card up initially. Thanks Travis!
I knew it was something dumb that I was overlooking!!!
