I am having trouble with off hook selection on a CIX200. The customer wants the buttons on the phone to be as follows, starting from the bottom and working up. Bottom button is the PDN, then CO1, CO2,CO3, CO4. All incoming calls start with CO1 as that is the pilot number in the switch. The customer wants to come off hook with CO4 to avoid headons. No matter what I have tried I always come off hook with CO1. Is there a way to change that? Thanks.

I never understood why they did not have more options. The only way I know to go offhook to line one is either arange the line keys to have line 4 on the bottom, or I believe if you have a pool line key above PDN it will go to the last line.

Thanks for the help. That is what I thought but I was hoping someone would prove me wrong.

at one time I played around with using emergency ringdown, but it messed up the MSG light.
