I have been fighting with this for quite some time. When I receive a message through UM the WAV file is there but in the header the CLID displays with the last digit missing. If I go into CTX program 579 and change the SMDI ANI/CLID Dight Length from 10 digits to 11 digits the whole number shows in the Trace screen but it strips the VMID and sends me back to the 991 box.
Any Ideas ?
