We are experiencing issues when attempting to use WinAdmin to review configuration of Stations on our CTX100 (among other types of objects).
The CTX100 is running Software version: AR2.20 MH013.00 and we are using WinAdmin 2.22A.20.
When we go to Station | Assignments - we can retrieve the station List, however upon selecting a station from the list while sitting on the Basic tab, we receive the following error:
--------------------------- VBScript: CTX Console --------------------------- CTX Error: (0x5095ff) Facility=0,Severity=0,Command=250,Error Code=80,Data=255 The DN entered is an extension number that does not exist in the system. FB which this error occur : FB0 --------------------------- OK ---------------------------
This happens for ALL extensions. They certainly exist in the system, since I can inspect a stations key assignments on the Key tab.
Thanks in advance for any pointers anyone can provide.

Try restarting the computer that is running WinAdmin, if that doesn't work, try properly shutting down the phone system (and any attached VM system(s)) and rebooting the phone system. I've found that rebooting the phone system helps.

Ben,
I have tried rebooting the machine where WinAdmin was installed. We will try rebooting the system and I will post my results here.
Thank you very much for replying!

Ben,
Thanks for your help - rebooting the system resolved whatever state it was in returning the error. We are now able to work normally with station information.
